Smoking
All of our hotels, bars & restaurants are non-smoking. Bar Ventana does have a a covered outdoor seating area where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted in our hotel bedrooms, evidence of smoking will automatically incur a £100 cleaning charge.
Parking
Parking is free in our large car park for 55 cars, should you find the car park is full you may park in our associate hotels directly next door or on street parking is available.
Pets
All hotels accept small dogs and guide dogs by arrangement, there is a small charge and although we welcome small dogs they are not allowed in any public areas. Soiling of carpets or rooms will incur cleaning fees starting at £50.
WiFi
All hotels have access to T-Mobile wireless internet service, there is a charge payable direct to T-Mobile via your laptop.
FREE WI-FI is available in our Ventana lounges. The Cumberland Hotel does have a free internet terminal at reception for those wishing to surf the web.
