The Fabulous New Pride in Bournemouth’s Cumberland Hotel Lion is currently being painted at the Light house in Poole and will soon be on show at the Cumberland and Ventana Poolside from June, He’s called Gem Deco and is a unique creation by artist Hazel Evans. The Cumberland Bournemouth are very pleased and proud to announce that after being shortlisted in December in two categories in the National Hotel Excellence awards, The Cumberland Hotel Bournemouth yesterday went on to win outright both categories, beating many nationally renowned Hotels including the 5 star Goring hotel, London’s only independent 5 star hotel and favorite Hotel to Queen Elizabeth the second.
