With a dedicated team of Chefs, The Ventana Menu is changed twice yearly, and reflects seasonal favorites that are planned from British recipes with a contemporary twist. Head Chef Mateusz Nowatkowski takes great pride in researching popular British Cuisine and adding his own personal twist. All food is prepared to order from fresh and local ingredients where possible. Daily specials are often added, seasonal favorites such as Sunday Roast, summer BBQ’s and the December Traditional Roast Turkey meal are always available.
